# Generate Carousel YAML

Read the full rules from `.claude/carousel-rules.md` before proceeding.

## Steps

1. Identify the target article:
   - If an argument was provided (e.g. `$ARGUMENTS`), treat it as an article slug or partial path.
   - Search under `src/content/blog/` for a matching `.md` or `.mdx` file.
   - If ambiguous, list candidates and ask the user to confirm.

2. Read the article content in full.

3. Read `.claude/carousel-rules.md` in full.

4. Generate the carousel YAML strictly following those rules:
   - Required keys: `title`, `subtitle`, `slides` (each with `title` and `text`).
   - 4–20 slides; ideal 8–12 for long-form articles.
   - Each slide 90–180 words, hard max 200.
   - Use `|-` block scalar; never break a sentence across lines.
   - Keep the article's language (Italian by default).
   - No meta-summary phrasing ("L'articolo dice…", "In questo articolo…").
   - Use en-dash `–`, not `—` or `-`.

5. Output the YAML in a fenced code block (` ```yaml `).

6. After the block, run the quality checklist from section 8 of the rules and flag any violations.

7. Suggest a filename: `<article-slug>.yml` (kebab-case).
